When: This year we are scheduling our event to align with the CTSA meeting on October 1st & 2nd, so our schedule will be modified from previous years:

• Wednesday, October 2nd, 2019
  • Optional meetings with various GPC groups 8am – 12pm (more information coming soon) 
  • Optional lunch provided 12pm – 1pm
    • Please indicate on your registration if you would like a lunch provided for you
  • Meeting will be officially held from from 1pm – 5:30pm
• Thursday, October 3rd
  • Meeting will last all day from 8am – 4:30pm
