FFOUND CT: Finding Fractures and Osteoporosis Using Native Data from Computed Tomography

The overall goal is to compare with usual care the effectiveness of "opportunistic screening" for osteoporosis using data from existing computed tomography (CT) scans of the chest, abdomen, pelvis and spine in combination with decision aid. The primary outcome would be the proportion of a population suffering fragility fractures with secondary outcomes including the proportion receiving new diagnoses of osteoporosis and the proportion receiving osteoporosis treatment.
